HISTORY
Poland and Pomerania are those places where the traces of history are easily found. In Middle Ages Gdansk was one of the most powerful Hanseatic harbours. Here World War II started and Solidarity was founded. In our trips we make our guests become acquainted with those events and their witnesses.
TRADITION & CULTURE
Our ambition is to present to our visitors a richness of culture and local traditions as well as an unique treasure of this part of Poland – amber. The heritage of the Mennonite settlers in the Vistula river delta area, the unusual Chequered Land that was once populated by the Slovinzens, Kashubian vivid culture, historical and rich in treasures of culture Gdansk, modern and modernistic Gdynia and the most popular resort on the Polish coast – Sopot – those and more – they are all listed as the places worth a trip.
In order to support the sustainable development of the local community we order the services and products offer by the local deliverers.
TASTE
Designing our trips we avoid large, chain restaurant companies – you have a chance to visit them in other parts of the world. We propose restaurants dedicated to regional Polish and Kashubian delicacies prepared of local fresh products or restaurants offering cuisine of the pre-war German inhabitants and of post-war settlers form the former Polish Eastern borderlands.
NATURE
We also want to make the visitors to Poland acquainted with the natural heritage: sandy beaches of the Southern coast of the Baltic, the lakes and hills of Kashubia, the majestic Vistula River, the Masurian lakes. Some interesting animal species may be spotted there – from so common in Poland white storks to those rescued like the European bisons.
